LIBRARY

The Community Library of Centurion, Lyttelton, and the Bellville Public Library, Bellville, are the holders of the combined libraries of Thematics SA and Afrikaans Philatelic Society of Pretoria. These books are displayed in the Reference Sections of the libraries, where there is space to do proper research. A system to enable members to get books on loan has been established, and either the Librarian, Helena Snyman (for books in Pretoria), or the President, Robert Harm (for books in Cape Town) can be approached on this matter. As more books become available, and as the budget allows, books will be purchased for placement in the libraries in order to supply our members with as much information on their respective themes as is possible. The establishment of further library facilities will be considered as necessary.

Magazines

Thematics SA has established closer links with a number of thematic organisations in all parts of the world. In most cases the links are based on the exchange of magazines, thereby creating a large source of thematic and philatelic information. A list of these articles will be published on this website on a regular basis.
